At Davasatu, we are dedicated to ensuring you receive high-quality pharmaceutical products. Due to the sensitive nature of medicines and health regulations, our return policy is governed by strict safety standards.
In compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and to ensure the safety and integrity of medications:
Medicines and healthcare products cannot be returned once they have been delivered, as we cannot guarantee their storage conditions once they leave our facility.
Items with broken safety seals or tampered packaging are not eligible for return.
We will only accept returns or offer replacements under the following specific circumstances:
Wrong Product Delivered: You received an item different from what you ordered.
Damaged or Tampered Packaging: The product was physically damaged or the seal was broken at the time of delivery.
Expired Products: The medication delivered has already passed its expiration date.
Missing Items: Part of your order was not included in the delivery package.
If your order meets the eligibility criteria above, please follow these steps within 24 to 48 hours of delivery:

Provide Proof: Include your Order ID and clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product, the invoice, and the outer packaging.
Verification: Our team will review your request. Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or ask you to discard the item safely.
Once a refund is approved:
Original Payment Method: The amount will be credited back to your original payment source (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI) within 7 to 10 working days.
Davasatu Wallet: You may also choose to receive a refund as store credit for faster processing.
Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been handed over to our delivery partner for a full refund.
After Dispatch: Once an order is "In Transit," it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
